Dickerson Pike Initiative

Rebuilding Together defines “Dickerson Corridor” as those communities south of Old Hickory Blvd, north of Spring Street, west of Ellington Parkway and east of I-24.

Leveraging local and national partnerships, our goal is to make a  meaningful, measurable and sustainable impact in the communities of the Dickerson Corridor by mobilizing volunteers and contractors to make repairs that create safe and healthy homes.

We are currently accepting Initial Screening Forms from area homeowners.  Information from these forms will guide our release of full applications.  Homeowners that appear eligible will receive an application when Rebuilding Together is  getting  ready to start work in your neighborhood.

Our work is supported by our Community Advisory Committee (CAC), a group of Dickerson Pike Initiative leaders that have been nominated to help guide our work in the neighborhood. We are currently seeking members for this committee. Click here for more information on how to submit a nomination.

Complete the Screening Form

Eligible homeowners in the Dickerson Corridor community that are interested in RTN’s Safe & Healthy Home Improvement Program (SHHIP) must complete the screening form. Eligibility Requirements can be found here.

This is not a full application for services, but will help determine who qualifies to receive the full application.

Homes within the green boundary lines are invited to complete the initial screening form.

For faster processing, fill out this form online:

The form is also available as a PDF below that can be printed and submitted by:

·         Send via USPS to Rebuilding Together Nashville, 6101 Centennial Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37209

·         Scan and return via email to info@rebuildingtogethernashville.org

When your form is received and if you qualify through the initial screening, your name and address will be added to our list. We work in one neighborhood at a time. When we are getting ready to start work in your neighborhood, we will mail you a full application.

The full application is a more comprehensive form that will require supporting documentation.
