Rebuilding Together defines the Greater Bordeaux community as those neighborhoods north of the Cumberland River, east and south of Briley Parkway and west of I-24.

Rebuilding Together’s Bordeaux initiative is a multi-year, place-based initiative that concentrates our home improvement and community revitalization efforts in Nashville’s Greater Bordeaux community in order to preserve affordable homeownership, prevent resident displacement, and revitalize community spaces. Within the communities of Greater Bordeaux (see map), we are completing repairs for eligible homeowners and community spaces.

We are currently accepting Initial Screening Forms from area homeowners.  Information from these forms will guide our release of full applications.  Homeowners that appear eligible will receive an application when Rebuilding Together is  getting  ready to start work in your neighborhood.

Our work is supported by our Community Advisory Committee (CAC), a group of Bordeaux leaders that have been nominated to help guide our work in the neighborhood. We are currently seeking additional members for this committee. Click here for more information on how to submit a nomination.

CAC Members: Sandra Campbell, Patricia Crutcher, Melvin Fowler, Yolanda Hockett, Patricia Malone-Smith, Justin Smith, LaShunda White

Complete the Screening Form

Eligible homeowners in the Greater Bordeaux community that are interested in RTN’s Safe & Healthy Home Improvement Program (SHHIP) must complete the screening form. Eligibility Requirements can be found here.

This is not a full application for services, but will help determine who qualifies to receive the full application.

For faster processing, fill out this form online:

The form is also available as a PDF below that can be printed and submitted by:

·         Send via USPS to Rebuilding Together Nashville, 6101 Centennial Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37209

·         Scan and return via email to info@rebuildingtogethernashville.org

When your form is received and if you qualify through the initial screening, your name and address will be added to our list. We work in one neighborhood at a time. When we are getting ready to start work in your neighborhood, we will mail you a full application.

The full application is a more comprehensive form that will require supporting documentation.
