Andrea Prince

Executive Director

Andrea Prince serves as the Executive Director for Rebuilding Together Nashville. Born and raised in the Nashville area, Andrea has previously served as a Disaster Case Manager after the 2010 flood and most recently managing a direct service program for senior refugees. She brings extensive experience managing diverse teams of staff and volunteers in office and field work settings with a trauma-informed approach. Andrea holds degrees in Social Work from University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. Her personal passion is home renovation and repair, and she has experience managing several large-scale home renovation projects of her own. On the weekends, you will likely find her trying to wrangle her family into helping her with said projects.

 

Stephanie Houghton

Director of Operations

Born and raised in the Midwest, Stephanie Houghton received a Communications Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. After graduating, she lived in both New York City and Chicago, before settling in Nashville in 2012. She started off her career in documentary film distribution, where she worked closely with community groups and educational institutions. She later moved into the programming side at various nonprofits over the years. Most recently, she worked for Volunteer Tennessee, the state agency on volunteerism and service, as the Outreach and Communications Manager and also planned trainings and events.

Outside of work, she enjoys classic movies, good food, being out in nature and spending time with her family.

 

Eloise

Tyner

Construction Coordinator

Eloise Tyner serves as a Construction Coordinator focusing on the Dickerson Pike Initiative at Rebuilding Together Nashville.

A Mississippi girl, she received her degree in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi. Since moving to Nashville in 2018, she has worked in social work and managed a small flower shop in her neighborhood. She has experience in community advocacy in Nashville, co-organizing a group lobbying for a healthier, more sustainable downtown. In her free time, she loves playing darts, teaching art lessons, and going on walks with her friends.

Walter Thomas

Construction Program Manager

Walter was born and raised in Jackson, TN. He has over 10 years of non-profit experience within the Nashville community. He is a graduate of both Fisk University and American Baptist College. He is a husband, father, and active community member. In his leisure time Walter enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with his family.

 

Jason Loscuito

Marketing and Development Coordinator

Jason is a military kid who claims Middleburg, Florida as home. He earned a Religion degree from Samford University and a Master of Theological Studies from The Boston University School of Theology. He has 20 years of experience as a Chaplain and Adjunct Professor in Higher Education where he also organized groups of college students to engage with community partners to address a variety of social issues.

On the weekends he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking or kayaking with his wife or fishing. He also has a daughter who is a student at the University of South Carolina.

 

AbdiKhaliq Ali Farah

Construction Coordinator

Abdikhaliq was born and raised in Hargeisa, Somalia. He recently relocated to Nashville, TN, in September 2023. Abdikhaliq has accumulated 9 years of experience working with different non-profit organizations in Somalia. Abdikhaliq holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gollis University in Hargeisa. This educational background, combined with his practical experience, has honed his skills. His expertise lies in the areas of water, sanitation, hygiene, and infrastructure development. His dedication and determination in delivering impactful results have made a significant difference in improving communities' living conditions.

Outside of work, Abdikhaliq cherishes family values as a loving husband and father. He believes in using his spare time productively and enjoys engaging in various activities during the weekends.

 

Kip Patrick

Disaster Relief Program Manager

Joining the Nashville Community in 2009 by way of Southern California, Kip Patrick is the newest addition to the Rebuilding Together Nashville team.  With a background in events and residential construction Kip will take on the responsibilities of the Disaster Relief Program Manager and will focus on long term recovery in Madison from the December 2023 Tornado.  Kip wants you to have a safe and healthy home and to take a minute to smile while on the road to recovery.  On a weekend you will find him cheering on the Nashville Soccer Club or hanging out at home.
